Thank you for trusting us with your emergency dental care. To promote healing and minimize discomfort following your procedure, please follow these instructions carefully. If you have any questions or experience unexpected symptoms, contact our office immediately.
1. Pain Management
- Over-the-counter pain relievers, such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen, can help reduce discomfort.
- Take medications as prescribed if you were provided any. Avoid exceeding the recommended dosage.
2. Swelling and Bruising
- Swelling is normal and can be managed by applying a cold compress to the affected area for 10-15 minutes at a time during the first 24 hours.

3. Bleeding
- Slight bleeding is common. Gently bite down on clean gauze for 30 minutes to control it. If bleeding persists or worsens, contact us.
